Getting Started

Touch2Me POS is a cloud-based point-of-sale and business management platform built for Indian businesses — salons, gyms, restaurants, pharmacies, retail stores, and more. It handles billing, inventory, staff, customers, and WhatsApp communication from one dashboard.

No installation needed. Touch2Me POS runs entirely in your browser on any device — desktop, tablet, or smartphone. Just visit your POS URL and log in.

Yes! Every new account gets a full-featured 14-day free trial. All features are unlocked from day one — no limits during the trial.
Plans & Billing

After your trial ends your account is paused — your data is safe and nothing is deleted. You can upgrade to Basic, Pro, or Enterprise at any time to resume full access.

Basic: ₹499/month · Pro: ₹999/month · Enterprise: ₹2,499/month (all excl. 18% GST). Yearly billing saves 20% — Basic ₹399/mo, Pro ₹799/mo, Enterprise ₹1,999/mo.

We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking through our secure payment gateway.

Yes. You can change your billing cycle at any time from your Settings page. Switching to yearly saves you 17%.

Features & Usage

Touch2Me POS supports 12 business types: Salon & Spa, Gym & Fitness, Restaurant & Café, Pharmacy, Retail Store, Bakery, Laundry, Clinic, Hotel, Electronics & Mobile, Tailoring & Boutique, and Other.

Yes. On the Starter plan you can add unlimited staff users, each with their own login and role-based access (Admin, Cashier, etc.).

Yes. You can assign barcodes to products and scan them during billing using any standard USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner, or your phone camera.

Yes. Go to Settings → Import/Export to upload your products and customers from an Excel (.xlsx) file. You can also export all your data at any time.

Touch2Me POS is cloud-based and requires an internet connection. We recommend a stable connection for real-time billing and WhatsApp delivery.
WhatsApp Integration

After completing a sale, Touch2Me can automatically send the bill to your customer's WhatsApp number. This requires WhatsApp Business API setup (available as a one-time add-on).

It's a one-time ₹2,999 setup service where we configure your WhatsApp Business API, connect it to your Touch2Me account, and test bill delivery and marketing campaigns.

Yes. With WhatsApp integration enabled, you can send broadcast messages or promotional offers to your customer list directly from the dashboard.
Data & Security

Yes. Your data is stored on secure servers, protected with HTTPS encryption, and is never shared with third parties. You own your data.

Yes. You can export sales, customers, products, and reports as Excel files at any time from Settings → Import/Export.

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During this time you can export everything. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
