Getting Started
No. Sign up with your email and you get 14 days of full access — no card, no commitment. You only need to add a payment method when you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.
Your account enters read-only mode — you can still log in and view your data, but sending messages and running campaigns is paused until you choose a plan. Your contacts, conversations, and history are never deleted.
Go to Settings → WhatsApp API and enter your Meta WhatsApp Cloud API credentials — Phone Number ID, WABA ID, and Access Token. You'll get these from your Meta Business Manager after verifying a WhatsApp Business number. The whole setup takes about 10–15 minutes.
Yes. Go to Contacts → Import and upload a CSV file with columns for name, phone, email, and tags. Duplicates are automatically handled. You can also add contacts manually one by one, or receive them via webhooks from Facebook Ads, Google Forms, and other tools.
WhatsApp & API
Yes, Touch2Me exclusively uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. There is zero risk of your number being banned as long as you follow Meta's messaging policies — which we help you stay compliant with by using approved message templates for bulk campaigns.
The Pro plan supports up to 3 WhatsApp numbers under one workspace. Each number connects via the WhatsApp Cloud API independently. Trial, Basic, and Starter plans support 1 number.
Yes. To use the WhatsApp Cloud API you need a verified Meta Business Manager account and a WhatsApp Business number. If you haven't set this up yet, our support team can guide you through the process — just reach out and we'll walk you through it.
Billing & Plans
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the new plan's features are unlocked right away. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You can manage your plan from Settings → Billing inside your dashboard.
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay — UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and Wallets like Paytm. All payments are processed securely in INR.
Yes — annual plans are 20% cheaper than monthly. Basic goes from ₹1,499/mo to ₹1,199/mo, Starter from ₹4,999/mo to ₹3,999/mo, and Pro from ₹9,999/mo to ₹7,999/mo when billed annually.
We offer a 7-day refund on your first payment if you're not satisfied. After that, payments are non-refundable but your plan remains active until the billing period ends. Contact support@touch2me.com to request a refund.
Features
The AI Bot uses Google Gemini under the hood. You provide your Gemini API key and write instructions about your business — what you sell, FAQs, how to handle inquiries. The bot then auto-replies to incoming WhatsApp messages based on those instructions, 24/7, without any manual input from your team.
Yes. Each plan includes a set number of agent seats (2 for Trial/Basic, 5 for Starter, unlimited for Pro). Each agent gets their own login — they share the same inbox and contacts but have role-based access. Admins can manage the team from Settings → Team.
WhatsApp requires pre-approved message templates for sending outbound messages to contacts who haven't messaged you in the past 24 hours. You create templates in Meta Business Manager, get them approved, and then use them in Touch2Me campaigns. We support text, image, and button templates.

Your data is stored securely with full tenant isolation — no other workspace can ever see your contacts, conversations, or settings. We use encrypted storage, secure token-based authentication, and follow industry-standard security practices. Data is hosted in India.
